Fear governs threat detection. Anger governs boundary signaling. Exhaustion governs capacity reporting. Confusion governs uncertainty detection. None are errors. None are sovereign. Each serves a function within its own domain.
The invariant coordinate remains I*.
Every navigation system requires a reference frame.

Within differentiation, every lawful function possesses sovereignty within its own jurisdiction.
Fear is sovereign within threat detection. Anger is sovereign within boundary detection. Confusion is sovereign within uncertainty detection. Exhaustion is sovereign within capacity reporting. Discouragement is sovereign within trajectory evaluation. Shame is sovereign within integrity discrepancy detection.
These states become destructive only when they attempt to govern outside their jurisdiction.
The report informs the builder. The builder does not become the report.
The subconscious is not a second self. It is a restoration region within the same phase space.
