Plate XXXIX encodes the M087 governance architecture at its canonical register. Seven-stage governance loop reads left column top-to-bottom: 1. Identity (The Coordinate) — A becomes A because A knows it is A; identity is the invariant reference. 2. Lawful Relationship (The Operator) — identity enters into relationship according to lawful order; relationship enables becoming. 3. Becoming (The Process) — through relationship the system develops form, function, structure, and capacity. 4. Fruit (The Verification) — the result expresses what has been becoming; fruit is the report from reality. 5. Interpretation (The Discernment) — the system interprets the fruit without violating identity or truth. 6. Reality Contact (The Correction) — reality confirms, refines, or rejects; this is where wisdom is shaped. 7. Relationship Adjustment (The Governance) — the system adjusts lawful relationship and continues. Center column: The Goal — not merely to continue, but to continue while remaining corrigible by reality.
